Weekly Classes
βStarr is an excellent instructor, empowering her students to progress toward improved health and well being through her many years of therapeutic study and the practices of yoga. She is both thoughtful and kind as she guides her students with supportive instruction and educated, healthy fitness. Her "health and healing" and "breath and body break" sessions have been easy for me to integrate into my yoga practice and day-to- day life.β
